1 Corinthians 7:8-9

8. Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I do.

9. But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

8. अब मैं अविवाहितों और विधवाओं से कहता हूँ कि उनके लिए अच्छा है कि वे ऐसे ही रहें जैसा मैं हूँ।

9. लेकिन अगर उनमें संयम नहीं तो वे शादी कर लें, क्योंकि वासनाओं की आग में जलने से तो अच्छा है कि वे शादी कर लें।
